Turkey steak in tomato sauce

Turkey steak in tomato sauce with mushrooms, spinach and kale


120g turkey steak
100g mushrooms
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 stock cube
200g chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp sugar


Heat oil in a pan. Fry the turkey steaks on a medium heat for 3 minutes each side.

Take the turkey out and place to the side. Add chopped mushrooms, spinach and kale to the pan and cook until tender.

Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper and garlic salt and sugar.

Bring to boil and then place turkey breasts in the sauce.

Reduce the heat and simmer gently until turkey breasts are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes
