- 75g Penne pasta
- 1 can of tuna is spring water
- Cucumber
- Sundried tomatoes
- Red and yellow bell pepper
- Mixed mushrooms in oil
- 30g Lighter than light Mayo
- Salt
- Pepper
Start by chopping up your cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms and chuck into a large mixing bowl. Add your drained tuna and mayo, salt and pepper and mix together.
Cook your Penne pasta according to instructions. Once cooked to your liking, add to the mixture, mix and serve in a bowl.
