Tuna and avocado salad

Colourful kale and spinach tuna salad

Ingredients

1 can of tuna in spring water 

1/2 Avocado

1 large bunch of kale 

1 large bunch of baby spinach 

Handful of cherry tomatoes 

1/4 Cucumber 

1/4 red pepper 

1/4 yellow pepper 

1 tsp lemon oil

 

 

 

 

Method

Wash the kale and spinach, tear up into a large bowl.

Slice and dice the tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and avocado then add into the bowl.

Add tuna, pour lemon oil, and mix all ingredients together.
