1 tortilla wrap
3 eggs
30g feta cheese
Mushrooms
Spinach
1 cal spray
Start by whisking 3 eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Chop up your mushrooms, and feta and spinach to prep.
Pre cool the mushrooms in a small pan with some 1 cal. And then set to the side.
Heat up a larger frying pan and spray with 1 cal.
Poor in your eggs and cook on a medium heat for a minute or 2.
Then place your wrap on top of your egg. Cook for another minute whilst using a spatula to go round the edges. Then flip so the wrap is face down.
Add your filling, flip over and eat.
