Honey and greek yog porridge

High protein, quick and easy porridge

Ingredients

60g Porridge oats

300ml Almond milk unsweetened 

100g 0% fat greek yogurt 

15g honey

Method

Pour the oats and milk into a saucepan, continuously stir whilst you bring to boil. Then allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the porridge is ready, pour into a bowl, and top with your greek yogurt and honey
