40g Oats
200ml almond milk (no sugar)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
15g Chocolate protein powder
1/2 a banana
5g Honey
Add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds and almond milk into a pan and put on a medium heat.
Stir continuously until it has reached your desired consistency. Pour into a bowl and top with the banana and honey.
