25g vanilla protein powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon baking powder
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
50g 0% fat greek yogurt
10g of honey
Berries to top
1 cal spray
Separate egg into white and yolk.
Whisk egg white until fluffy.
Add everything but egg white into a bowl, mix together until smooth.
Fold egg white into mixture bit by bit.
Heat frying pan on a medium heat with some 1 cal spray.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the pan and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side.
Serve immediately and top with honey, yogurt and berries.
