I will create a tailored training plan for you based on your goals, likes and information we learn in the early stages of personal training. Each PT session, we will work on your program, seeking progressive overload, mastering safe and proper technique, enjoyment, and making sure you get the most from each session
I will be giving you all the tools and knowledge to help you create an enjoyable eating regime leading you to perform, feel and look at your best. No over restrictive dieting here.
Each session we will catch up on how your week went with your nutrition, training and life. You will be able to message me at any time. And you will also be a part of a WhatsApp community with likeminded people where we post tips, recipes and anything inspirational.
