You want to feel good again. Stronger, more confident, more like yourself. But between work, the kids and everything else, your health keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

Maybe you've tried before and it hasn't stuck. Maybe every program you've found ignores the reality of family life: the sleepless nights, the packed schedule, the fact that some days just go wrong.

Healthy Role Models is an eight-week group coaching program built specifically for parents. Real workouts, real nutrition guidance, and real support, designed to fit around your life, not compete with it.

You'll finish knowing how to look after yourself. Not just for eight weeks. For good.

What HRM parents say

"I was hopeless. For many years I tried to lose weight, trying almost everything. Nothing worked. I didn't just lose weight. I changed my whole life for a brighter future."

Manon 24kg lost and maintained

"For the first time in my life I feel in control. None of it worked before because I wasn't creating a lifestyle."

Caitlin Lowest weight in 5 years

"I had convinced myself this was just how my body was after kids. I now realise these were all excuses I had convinced myself to believe."

Steph 19kg lost
What is Healthy Role Models?

Finally, learn how to
make this work for you.

HRM is an eight-week group coaching program for parents. You get a clear training plan, personalised nutrition guidance, weekly feedback, live coaching calls and a community of parents who actually get what your life looks like.

The real goal isn't to give you a plan to follow for eight weeks. It's to teach you how to look after your health for good.

⚖️

Lose weight and understand how to maintain it

Make meaningful progress without relying on extreme restriction. Learn how to eat in a way that supports your goals and fits into normal family life, so you have the knowledge to keep the results going.

💪

Build strength and feel physically capable

Become stronger, improve your fitness and feel more capable in everyday life. Whether you're returning to exercise after having a baby or starting from scratch, we'll build from where you are now.

🕐

Make exercise something you can keep doing

Find a routine that works around your children, work and responsibilities. Learn how to adapt when you miss a session or have a difficult week, rather than feeling like your entire routine has fallen apart.

✨

Feel comfortable and confident in yourself

Work towards feeling good in your body, enjoying how your clothes fit and being proud of how you look after yourself. Your goals matter, and you don't need to apologise for wanting to look good as well as feel good.

🍽️

Understand nutrition without restrictive rules

Learn the fundamentals so food becomes easier to navigate. Enjoy family meals, meals out and the foods you love without feeling that every decision is either perfect or a failure.

👨‍👧

Become the role model you want your children to see

Let your children grow up seeing that looking after yourself can be a normal, positive part of everyday life. They see you enjoy being active, value your health and make time for yourself without guilt. You can show them that healthy habits are about what you practise over time, not getting everything right every day.

The HRM Community

Parents who understand
what your life actually looks like.

One of the things that surprises people most about HRM is how much the community ends up meaning to them. You join expecting a fitness program. You end up with a WhatsApp group full of parents who get it without you needing to explain it.

They understand why a bad night's sleep can make everything harder. They don't need you to justify why you missed a workout when the kids were ill. They know what it feels like to want to change and find it harder than it looks. Parents from Australia, Canada, the US, the UK and beyond, all working towards the same goals while managing the same realities.

The moments I enjoy most as a coach are the ones that show up in the group. The parent who went through their wardrobe for the first time in years and actually liked what they found. The dad who'd lost a stone and this time kept it off. The mum whose kids had started asking to come on walks with her. Those aren't the big transformations. They're what the big transformations feel like in real life.

"Oli has brought back a big part of me, who I am. An even better version. I can play with my kids, carry them upstairs, run with them."

Coralie, 10kg lost

"Exercise had become a long-lost friend. I lost a lot of weight, shed fat, gained real strength. And I understand why now, which means I know what to do next."

Dean, Dad · UK

"Nothing ever clicked the way nutrition with Oli has. My son now enjoys exercise because he sees me enjoy it. This is a permanent change."

What people say

Parents who've been

"I used to think the only way to lose weight was to eat a huge calorie deficit and feel weak and hungry all the time. The suffering didn't happen. Eating more protein has been the game changer. I can still eat junk food, have a beer and stay on track."

"My life has changed in ways I never imagined. I went through my whole wardrobe this week. I forgot what it felt like to feel good in myself."

ChloeMum of two · UK

"New mindset: it's okay if I miss this workout because something came up. It's okay to enjoy good food at a party and get back to it the next day. The blip on the scale after a fun weekend isn't the end of the world."

JessicaFull-time working mum of two · US

"My son mimics me and I have never felt better. 100% do it. You won't regret it even if it doesn't change straight away. It will."

About Oli

17 years of coaching.
This is still what I love.

Oli and Brody

I've been coaching for 17 years and have worked with thousands of people. The thing that keeps me doing this work is what happens to people when they finally understand how to look after themselves properly. They discover that the thing they've been struggling with for years can be far more manageable than they imagined. They stop feeling like failures and start feeling capable. That hasn't got old yet.

One of the patterns I've seen throughout my career is that the people who succeed aren't the ones who try hardest. They're the ones who finally understand why things haven't worked and get the right kind of support to change that. Most of the parents I work with have tried before. They've had plans, tracked calories, followed programs. It just never stuck. Not because of willpower. Because they were handed a plan without being taught how to use it or how to keep it going when life got complicated.

That's what HRM is designed to fix. I don't just hand you a program and send you on your way. I help you understand why the training works, how to make nutrition practical in the middle of family life, and what to do when the week doesn't go as planned. Which, if you have children, is most weeks.

I'm a dad. I know what it's like to try and prioritise your own health while everything else pulls in different directions. What I've found, and what I've seen with hundreds of parents in HRM, is that the people who learn to make things sustainable rather than perfect are the ones who actually change their lives.

I created HRM because I wanted parents to have access to proper coaching without it costing a fortune. I know how easy it is for your own health to keep falling down the priority list when you're looking after everyone else, and I don't think getting support should have to mean taking on another huge expense. For £98, you get eight weeks of coaching, guidance and support to help you make a real change. More importantly, I want you to leave knowing how to look after your health beyond those eight weeks. Making that opportunity accessible to more parents is a big part of why I built HRM in the first place.

Some of the people who've made the biggest changes started out genuinely believing they couldn't do it. That's probably the part of the job I'm most proud of.

Sound familiar?

You've tried before.
It just hasn't stuck.

  • ✓You want to feel better but you can't find the time or the energy
  • ✓You've started programs before and fallen off after a few weeks
  • ✓Every plan you've tried ignores the reality of having kids
  • ✓You know what you should be doing. You just can't make it stick

That's exactly who HRM is built for. The program teaches you how to make this work in your actual life, not the version of your life that has no commitments.

Common questions

Before you join the list,
here's what people ask.

HRM is an eight-week group coaching program for parents who want to lose weight, build strength and develop a healthier lifestyle that lasts beyond the eight weeks. It combines personalised training, nutrition guidance, regular individual check-ins, fortnightly live coaching calls, weekly challenges, an on-demand workout library and a private WhatsApp community of parents working through the experience together.

Parents. All genders, all ages, all backgrounds. Whether you have a newborn or teenagers, whether you train regularly or haven't exercised in years, whether you're in the UK or on the other side of the world. If you're a parent who wants to take your health seriously and has found it difficult to make that happen, HRM is designed for you.

No. HRM works for complete beginners and experienced gym-goers alike. Your program is built around your current starting point, and every exercise comes with a video demonstration. If you're new to training, you'll be in very good company.

Yes. Your program is built for wherever you train, whether that's at home, at the gym or a combination of both. Home programs are designed to be effective with minimal or no equipment.

You choose two, three or four training days based on what's realistic for your life. You're not locked into a fixed schedule. If things change mid-program, your plan can change with them.

This is exactly what HRM is built for. A difficult week is a normal part of parenting, not a reason to feel like you've failed. You'll have the coaching, the guidance and the community to help you navigate it and keep moving forward. Learning how to handle a disrupted week without abandoning your goals is one of the most valuable things the program teaches.

Weekly individual check-ins from me and Dani, fortnightly live group calls with replays, access to the private WhatsApp community and the ability to message me directly through the program. This is real coaching, not automated responses or generic feedback. You won't be left to work things out on your own.

Most people finish feeling significantly more confident about managing their health independently. The goal of HRM isn't to make you dependent on the program. It's to leave you with the understanding and the habits to keep going on your own. For those who want to continue in a more structured way, HRM Membership is available for graduates. I'll always let you know what's available as you approach the end of the program.

HRM costs £140 at public launch. If you join through the priority list and enrol when the discounted offer opens, you'll pay £98 for the full eight-week program. That's a £42 saving, or 30% off. Joining the priority list is free and doesn't commit you to taking part. You'll receive first access to the discounted offer before enrolment opens publicly.

The next round of HRM starts on 16 November 2026 and runs for eight weeks. Join the priority list to get all the details, including pricing and how to secure your place, before it opens publicly.

1-1 Coaching

For parents who want a
more personal level of support.

I've spent 17 years helping people make changes they once thought were out of reach. One to one coaching gives us the opportunity to work closely on your goals, your challenges and the specific things that have made progress difficult in the past.

Your training and nutrition are built entirely around your circumstances, and your coaching evolves as your life and needs change. You won't be left trying to work out what to do when something isn't working. We'll work through it together, with individual feedback, accountability and direct access to me.

The aim isn't to make you dependent on coaching forever. It's to help you make meaningful progress, understand what works for you and build the confidence to keep moving forward.
